Creswell flat fee MLS questions

What MLS will my Creswell property be listed on?

Properties listed through our Oregon service in this area are entered into RMLS, subject to applicable listing requirements. Your listing details are confirmed from the property's exact address during broker review.

How much does a flat fee MLS listing in Creswell cost?

Our featured packages are Standard at $299 and Premium at $349, and either can be extended 6 months for $100. MLS availability and listing requirements depend on your property's location. Contact us with your property address if you're unsure which package applies.

How long will my Creswell MLS listing remain active?

Both Standard and Premium run for 6 months. The optional Extend Listing upgrade adds 6 more months for $100, for 12 months in total.

Are there closing fees or commissions to us when my Creswell home sells?

No. Your flat fee is paid once, when you order, and we add nothing at closing: no closing fees, transaction fees or success fees.

How many photos can I include with my Creswell listing?

Standard includes up to 25 photos and Premium includes up to 50 photos.

What if my Creswell property belongs to a different MLS?

Listings for this area through our service go into RMLS. Oregon has other regional MLS systems outside Oregon Data Share and RMLS; those areas are not automatically included in this service. Whether a particular property can be listed is confirmed during broker review, so send us the address if you have any questions before you order.

How do buyers and agents contact me about my Creswell listing?

Real estate agents see your contact information and showing instructions in the MLS and can reach you directly. Unrepresented buyers searching on consumer websites such as Zillow or Realtor.com do not see your personal contact information; those sites typically show the listing brokerage's contact information or their own inquiry forms. Buyers who call the brokerage's published number may be forwarded to you or have the call handled by the brokerage, while inquiries sent through a third-party site's own forms may go to agents on that platform.
