Oregon Data Share is the shared listing database behind Central Oregon, the Rogue Valley and the Klamath Basin. It combines the listings of Cascades East MLS, Southern Oregon MLS and the Klamath County Association of REALTORS®, so a home listed in Bend can be found by an agent in Medford or Klamath Falls.
OregonFlatFeeMLS.com is an independent listing service, not the MLS operator. This guide explains how the shared database works and how a flat fee listing fits into it.
What Is Oregon Data Share?
Each participating organization operates its own MLS membership for brokers in its region. Through Oregon Data Share, those organizations pool their listing data into one searchable database. A listing record contains the property facts, asking price, photographs, status and showing instructions.
For our service, Oregon Data Share is treated as a single MLS grouping: your property is entered once and becomes visible to participating brokers across Central Oregon, the Rogue Valley and the Klamath Basin.
The Three Participating Organizations
Cascades East MLS serves Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Prineville and Madras.
Southern Oregon MLS serves the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas, including Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Eagle Point, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent, White City and Grants Pass.
Klamath County Association of REALTORS® serves the Klamath Basin, including Klamath Falls, Chiloquin and Bonanza.
Which Oregon Areas Does Oregon Data Share Serve?
Our initial Oregon Data Share directory includes researched communities in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, Jackson, Josephine and Klamath Counties. Rural addresses can sit near regional boundaries, so the brokerage confirms the correct MLS and entry rights from the exact property address.
Bend · Redmond · Sisters · Prineville · Madras · Medford · Ashland · Grants Pass · Klamath Falls
Can a Homeowner List Directly on Oregon Data Share?
A homeowner cannot add a property to Oregon Data Share without a participating brokerage. You can sell without MLS exposure, hire a full-service listing agent, or use a licensed flat fee brokerage to enter the listing while you manage your own sale.
A flat fee listing does not include an MLS login. The brokerage remains responsible for listing accuracy, required documents and updates.
How Does an Oregon Data Share Listing Reach Property Websites?
Oregon Data Share listing data may be distributed to participating brokerage search sites and consumer websites, including Zillow and Realtor.com, under applicable feed and display arrangements.
Those websites are independent of the MLS. Display timing, contact buttons and photo presentation depend on their own rules, and no particular website placement is guaranteed.
How Do Buyers and Agents Contact the Seller?
Agents searching Oregon Data Share use the seller contact information and showing instructions supplied with your listing to schedule appointments.
Consumer websites usually display brokerage information or their own inquiry forms. Optional Call Forwarding routes calls where supported; website inquiries may be handled by the platform's own agents.
Preparing Your Central and Southern Oregon Listing
The brokerage needs the legal property address, accurate property details, photographs and signed listing documents. Most Oregon residential sellers complete a Seller's Property Disclosure Statement, and homes built before 1978 may need federal lead-based paint disclosures.
Rural properties common in these regions should include well, septic, irrigation and acreage details. Wildfire preparedness and defensible space are frequent buyer questions in Central and Southern Oregon.
What Does a Flat Fee Oregon Data Share Listing Cost?
Standard is $299 for 6 months and up to 25 photos. Premium is $349 for 6 months and up to 50 photos, with 3 Open House Alerts included.
Call Forwarding and supported ShowingTime are optional $50 upgrades, and either package may add 6 months for $100. Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated separately outside the MLS.
